Returns and Refunds Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. This Refunds and Returns Policy applies only to ready-made items purchased in our online store, for example WineWaves, BevelBoards serving boards, etc.
Custom made furniture and other projects are specifically excluded from this returns policy.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached. Used items or items that have been in contact with food (cutting boards, serving and charcuterie boards, etc.) are non-returnable.
Misused items, e.g. cutting or serving boards that have been left outside, have been put in a dishwasher, were left in standing water, are stained by prolonged exposure to blood or other food juices are non-returnable.
Return Process
To return an item, email us at Info@MJH-Designs.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility and may be refunded, at our discretion, if subsequent inspection of the item results in return approval.
Refunds
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 10 (ten) days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
If inspection of returned item shows signs of misuse or food contact as stipulated above the return may be denied. You may be responsible for return shipping charges if you like your used item returned.
